They're back.....

Not two minutes ago....I looked out my kitchen window into the eyes of one of the boys!! He was huge and the other brother was just out of my site, eating the roses!! My new garden could be destroyed in a matter of minutes! I must think carefully how to distract them from coming back to eat!! The camera was on the wrong setting but I'm glad the picture is somewhat in focus!:)) It is fun to have these visitors...once...but they really need to head on over the hill!! How many horns do you see? They looked pretty big when they ran off before my camera was ready to shoot another picture!!

Hello, saying hi from my trip in Penang now, on a biz trip :(

Deers at your home? how cool..but eating up the flowers and everything else...not so cool? The only ones we see are in the zoo...as usual :)

Deer, Deer,
Go away!
Come again another day!

Someone told me that if you put out human hair on the ground the deer will stay away. Do you know any hairstylists who can give you some?

Oooohh ~ this is my worst nightmare come true. We put a fence around our veg. garden two weeks ago but it is only 4 feet tall - and I have been told that deer can jump over a 6 foot fence. It is a tough situation - they are beautiful animals but...don't touch the roses!

Pesky, beautiful, annoying, graceful. . .oh, what to think about your faithful visitor!

I guess that's what happens when you live in God's country!

Well I just let out a BIG gasp at the remarks to shot the poor deer! Oh my!

I would love to have them in my yard. I'm a BIG animal lover and all my life I have wanted to see deer in the wild. I've only seen them in zoos.

I would be putting out food for them to eat. I know they would be back every day and eat my whole yard up but I would rather have the deer there then flowers.

You are so lucky!

Hugs,
Joanne
