Fourth Sunday of Advent

On the fourth Sunday of Advent we celebrate the PEACE that the Christ child gives us.  Christ the King!

Oh, Come, All Ye Faithful

By: John F. Wade
Oh, come, all ye faithful,
Joyful and triumphant!
Oh, come ye, oh, come ye to Bethlehem;
Come and behold him
Born the king of angels:
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.
Highest, most holy,
Light of light eternal,
Born of a virgin,
A mortal he comes;
Son of the Father
Now in flesh appearing!
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.
Sing, choirs of angels,
Sing in exultation,
Sing, all ye citizens of heaven above!
Glory to God
In the highest:
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.

Yea, Lord, we greet thee,
Born this happy morning;
Jesus, to thee be glory given!
Word of the Father,
Now in flesh appearing!
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.

These days right before Christmas do get hectic.  My prayers of thanksgiving are with you.  I hope that you have time to stop and take in the joy of the season!  God Bless!!

We had a wonderful sermon today on wonder. To be filled with wonder is a good thing. WE also sang this hymn this morning. Blessings on your week.
