A quick glance out the car window (while driving down our driveway) made me stop and back up. It may not seem like something grand but to me it is. The sun was coming through the trees, and I was able to peer into the woods a bit further than I could the week before, and that was all. Noticing the small things is what keeps me looking...and there is no shortage of small things to see! What makes you stop and go back?

I tried to get a picture but of course by the time my camera turned on..the birds flew off. It was something to behold and I'm glad we stopped the car and backed up. We may never see anything like that again!

Very cool. I love seeing the unexpected!
Sorry, Julene. I don't see what I am missing....Help.
I like the pictures though.
I thought MY husband was the only one kind enough to back up--or do a U turn--for the photo op I just missed! Aren't we lucky girls!
Sunshine...I was simply looking..nothing really..just looking a bit further than the week before. Does that make sense? You were looking for something..I wasn't pointing you at anything.
It makes a lot of sense...I was looking so hard for that crow and hawk..Isn't that how it is in life...We (I) miss the point since we (I) often look to hard.
Oh my. I know crows and hawks aren't the best of friends. I do know crows are snatchers, but I think they'd have to be pretty brave to move in on a hawk's catch!
What do I back up for? Most anything that deserves a second glance.
Maybe they had an arrangement... have been friends for a long time (o:
Interesting :) We have crows here...never hawks, it always happens and we are in urgent need to whip out the camera..and its gone.
