I think I would prefer the ice trees if I didn't know that it can be very hard on them. We lost an enormous 60'x60' silver maple in the ice storm that we had in '03. Those trees are incredible and I do believe you could sell a few of those prints.
Beautiful.....I could not even begin to make a choice as to which season is the more beautiful, " for everything there is a time and a season" , We have had as much snow as you and even though it rained today, there is still a lot of snow around.
I too , use this time in-between celebrations to clean up and relax!
I absolutely love these pictures!!! What a gorgeous lane...in any season!! :) Thank you so much for sharing...hope you had a relaxing few days after Christmas
What big and beautiful contrasts...breaktaking! So glad to catch up with you. :o) Hope you're enjoying a wonderful holiday! We're just back from our Christmas trip and getting over the jet lag and settling in...ringing in 2009 will be quiet here-LOL! Wishing you & yours love & joy in the New Year! ((HUGS))
I live on a small farm where we grow Christmas trees, vegetables and flowers. We keep chickens and gather their eggs each day. We also have four goats. Our woods give us a little bit of heaven and shelter for the wildlife. We live simply and value each day as it comes.

Both views are beautiful!
I have had my coffee, I'm dressed, I've straightened the house, now I'm relaxing!
Me either since I can't get out of the driveway for the slush.
Oh I just love the comparison!!
The ice tree lane is a picture card for sure!
